Two lead types

It is federally required to have cargo insurance to get operating authority granted, and cargo insurance costs anywhere between $1,000–$5,000 per month. These are higher quality leads because they have bigger budgets.
$1 per lead
DOT registered truckers are drivers who have just registered for their DOT number. Registration is free, so a spending budget isn't guaranteed — but these are still great leads because you're catching them as they're setting up their business and preparing to invest.
